I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly - I've only been there twice and both times I was treated like an old friend! They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and didn't seem to realize that my time is limited. This place had a great staff though, and I did not sit around waiting and wasting time. I'll definitely be going back. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
