Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

They cancel on me all the time.

Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
