They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
