The staff were nice enough and professional. I was told to arrive early because Dr. Abaza hates late patients and hates being delayed. I did arrive early and now realize that nothing seems to get in the way of her getting in and out of the room as quickly as possible. As a new patient she failed to take a detailed history and physical, didn't introduce herself upon entering the room, was in such a rush I felt like I was bothering her with asking basic questions about my condition, and was not scheduled for any follow up with her. I had to pay for this visit out of pocket. It was a waste of time. I will go elsewhere for other ENT evaluation and will not be coming back. I hope she made her lunch date that day or whatever else it was that was so important.
