The exam is thorough, and he is professional. Another patient called him rude (to her child), but some kids are obnoxious, so you can't go by that. I find him to be a good doctor, and I have spoken to three other people who are his patients who are also satisfied.

I do not like the way they do business here, it is their way or the highway, if you complain about the long waiting time. They are uncooperative if a customer complains and are not willing to admit if they are wrong. The chairs in the waiting room were ok, but while we waited a patient from another area wandered in and vomited in a wastepaper basked provided by the receptionist. While it was obviously unexpected for all, no one at this provider's office thought to get up and escort the sick patient to the restroom or back to that patient's provider. The vomiting continued at the check-in station, thus potentially exposing the elderly and others to heavens knows what--the flu?

Some office personnel were argumentative and became angry very easily when I complained about the waiting, even threatening to call security. (I had even called ahead to see if they were on schedule and asked them to call me if running behind.) While the doctor's full attention seemed to be there, not taking personal calls during my relative's appointment, considering the amount of time we spent waiting we barely had ten minutes with him and did not get all our questions answered. This provider is overscheduled and will not adjust. Even though he appears to be very competent, this lack of respect for patient's time and the rude office personnel are a complete turnoff.
