They chose to commandere my money and apply it to a credit. I knew nothing of it until I visited on day and was informed of a $800.00 plus dollar credit. My family has been back since and now it is down to $400.00. I have repeatedly asked for my money as a refund but keep getting the run around. One staff member will say it is in the process and waiting on office manager while the office manager says it is in the mail. They ALL promise to call me back and not one person has ever called me back. I am starting process to report to proper authorities. Something isn't kosher here.
