I thought everyone in this office was great! From the receptionist to the assistants to Dr. Michael himself, they all treated me so nice yet very professional. I have only praise for them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! WORST SERVICE EVER! They (Tammy) do not know how to make appointments. I made an appointment, wrote down the day, time, and location, showed up for my appointment, and I was nowhere in the system. They ended up "squeezing me in to the schedule", between 2 other appointments, so I was seen by the hygenist and given a quick, sloppy cleaning before having to leave because the dentist didn't have time to see me. I was told at the office that this would not be billed through my insurance since it was such a quick, careless cleaning. I find out months later that it was in fact billed to my insurance and now I have been shorted a cleaning for the year. Bottom line, don't waste your time here with bad service and bad attitudes.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
