Good luck with this Dentist. The dentist is great; the problem is that if you are a NEW patient they will schedule you for an initial exam and cleaning but "forget" to tell you that it is just an exam. You have to schedule the cleaning up to 6 WEEK LATER!!! WHAT???? Yes, it is true. I have been to dentist all over the country, 10 at my best count and this is the ONLY ONE EVERY that says they cannot do a simple CLEANING at the same time as an initial exam. When questioned the secretary Anne gets super surly and quickly told me I could find someone else. So, I did.

It is CRAZY to spend 2 hours for an initial exam (this is what happened to my wife before we found out their system) I think the whole reason is that they are trapping you into their service. To be honest, find a different dentist. It took me 2 phone calls to find one that would work with me. The first one didn't have an appointment available until May and the second had one available next week for me. Both said they would NEVER do what this dentist does but they have heard this is a common complaint of this dentist.

Bottom line, find someone else and save yourself a headache!!!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
