Office staff is very rude and un helpful. I had to call every single day for a week before I got any help or advice whatsoever. After an ER visit, I had to wait another month before I could even follow up with her. Dr. Ganter showed me no empathy or compassion, and I was basically told that I have to deal with the pain I experience on a daily basis because it's "normal." I have since sought a second opinion and was told that the symptoms I was having were NOT normal, and that it was treatable, and should have been looked into farther when I initially started having problems 2 years ago!!
