When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
