They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back

No, they definitely favor certain clients
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
