The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about helping families with the necessary paperwork and information for each procedure. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They are punctual and incredibly patient and kind. Dr. Rosensweig made us feel like we were the only patients he had and took all the time we needed to answer questions and explain procedures. We were never offended by excessive cologne or manner of dress and feel safe and well attended in their care. I would highly recommend their office!
