This doctor did a VERY poor job of analyzing our son's case. A simple fecal test would have revealed the cause of his illness. The doctor did not ask questions, did not diagnose the problem, just referred us to someone else and tried to bill $350. GIs are supposed to be experts in this area. For him to miss a simple parasitic infection when the patient even ASKED directly if that could be the cause is negligent and inexcusable. Subsequent tests PROVED we were right and he didn't even try to verify the cause.
