Terrible staff can never get appointments. Wait forever to see the Doctor
Staff always mixing up your test with other people's test results not to mention it takes at least a week or more to get test result back.

Dr. Singer is great, but his assistant Andrea is terrible. She mixes up her info, loses lab reports, acts rather rude most of the time (e.g., insisting on me providing answers to questions that are already on file, but she's too lazy and rude to look up). She's also completely incompetent as a phlebotomist, always sticking me twice for a single blood draw, leaving big bruises later on. Dr. Singer, pleeeeeeease get a new assistant!
