Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
