The waiting area is small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious for wheel chairs. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
