This new office staff is horrible! Trying to call or schedule appts is impossible, you either can't leave a message because all the voicemail boxes are full, or you finally do get to leave a message and no one returns your call. This is sad, because the Dr is very nice, but his staff is bad! One day I was left a voicemail asking me to call the office back, itried, but all the voicemail boxes were full, so I kept calling until someone finally picked up, and it sadly took 28 calls to get through, and this was after patient hours, so it was just the staff there!

Was referred to Dr. Ripp for ESI. Problem is he is so busy that it took 6 weeks before I had one and I was called the day before I had it. It didn't work so he said I should get another. I don't know how long it would have been for the next one because I went to another doctor. He's a nice man and his office staff are nice but this place is understaffed(took forever to return calls) and just too busy.
