They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They were always ready to help me with anything I needed, and never left me unattended. I felt very cared for. I was told I need to have a surgery to see if I have TOS they were animent to schedule immeadiately for the following Monday and she said she will call to confirm two weeks later and nothing. I call to remind them and they said they just started working on my file. WTF!!!!!!
