I have delayed commenting on Dr. Deck. My breast cancer was diagnosed and I went immediately to Dr. Deck. However, he didn't do the surgery for almost 6 weeks, he had a vacation, etc. that he didn't inform me about or I would have asked to be assigned to another surgeon. I had a bilateral mastectomy and was not going to have to have reconstructive surgery.. Dr. Deck could not ave been the person who closed my chest. Huge pockets of skin were left dangling and the incision was inflamed and very crooked. I had to go to a plastic surgeon to be "cleaned up." If Dr. Deck had done the closing I would hope my chest would not have been such a mess. I find the condition I was left in reprehensible.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. Usually when I go, I have to remind them who I am and why I'm there. I wish they would remember me by now. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Dr. Deck, his associates and the entire staff are #1 for me! Putting their patients first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I didn't wait long at all.
Dr. Deck, Dr. Wallace and the other medical staff are extraordinarily in touch with the patients' needs, fears, etc. The office staff reflect that as well.

My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
If I ever have to have any surgery again, Dr. Deck and Team will be my FIRST choice.
