They were kind and caring staff. If I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I had an emergency recently and needed to contact them right away. I was so relieved when they took my call right away, and made sure I received the help I needed. They were one of the most courteous, respectful surgeons I've ever met, and I've met quite a few. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
