I had an emergency recently and needed to contact them immediately but I couldn't. It made me feel like I couldn't count on them. I had a horrible time trying to get an appointment with them. I wanted to ask them some questions before my surgery, and I had to wait weeks before I could actually talk to them. I didn't feel safe at all in their care. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.
