Dr Gainsley is and excellent doctor. He has no staff so he cannot be rated on that factor. He is intelligent, of high integrity, dependable, compassionate, generous, and in 18 years, it has been my experience that he was only late by 5 minutes once. He won't tell you what you want to hear necessarily as that would be a disservice to you. If you truly want to get better go to see this doctor.

I was referred by a friend of mine who is herself a psychiatrist and knows several psychiatrists who see Dr. Gainsley for their psychiatric care. He is probably the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. He obviously keeps up with all the recent research because he had a drawer case full of well-organized files of articles on different topics in psychiatry. When I needed assistance finding an antidepressant that was safe in breastfeeding, he found the most recent research article right away. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
