I saw this doctor for almost six months and spent less that 40 minutes with him in total. He spends less than ten minutes with you then give you another appointment and a prescription renewal. I have not benefitted at all in a positive way from seeing him. When I called him in a crisis it took three day for him to call me back and I ended up in an E.R. during that wait. When I asked him to fill out my disability forms they were neglected and never sent in and I never heard a word of why or why not. He leaves you stranded with no where to do. I could not and would not recommend him to anyone.

"This survey" asked me about obnoxious cologne and whether or not this doctor treated his staff well and about flexibility of appointment schedule. Frankly, I am flabbergasted --- flummoxed --- bewitched --- bothered and last but not least: bewildered at the insanity of these questions. The designer (programmer) of this survey must be a high functioning mental retard. In evaluating a medical professional, his standard of care and his "bedside manner," are germane questions (which were not asked). Why would I care about cologne? I have been seeing this doctor for about two years and I am entirely satisfied with him. I have never seen him interact with his staff and can offer no opinion as to his relations with them. The questions asked on your survey have nothing to do with my evaluation of this doctor. Your questions are like asking Mary Todd Lincoln: "Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you like the play?" You guys are mental deficients. Not only will I never take another one of your surveys, I shall ignore any information I get from reading the answers to any others of your surveys. You guys need to be in a different line of work.
