They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. They always discouraged all of my negative behaviors in a respectful way. They always have my best interest in mind. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. Their prices were very affordable, and they told me before my appointment how much I could expect to pay.

I have been to several Dr's and Dr Elliott is by far the most capable, hears and understands my concerns and always meets or exceeds my expectations.

Dr. Elliott always provides me with positive and practical advice.

My very long past experience with her staff is that they ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'll definitely not going back. I didn't have a good experience. Dr. Elliott not friendly and seems not answering my questions. i am still feelin depressed and numb to the world. I can't sleep. I am suspicious of everyone...I feel paranoid and i can't think straight. I can't trust anyone even my current doctor and lawyer.

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
