They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Whenever I see them, they make me feel like I'm their only client. I've always felt very respected. I went to a couple of psychiatrists before that didn't remember me or my circumstances no matter how many times I went there, but not here. They always remember everything about me and my situation so I don't have to re-explain everything. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I visit, I'm always given their whole attention throughout the entire appointment. They always go above and beyond to make me feel respected and important.
