They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made sure to investigate my medical history before they recommended a treatment option. I was confident that I was receiving the right treatment for me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
