the only complaint i have is that appointments run behind and they don't call and tell you. i've sat in the office for over an hour before. but when i missed an appointment, they charged me!

If I could give negative stars to this review I would- I felt like a test monkey, actually no, a test rat in this office. Being an underpaid working patient in entertainment paying out of pocket for one year, I chose this office because of a lower cost- but boy do I regret it. I was immed. put on medication that I did not need followed by rounds and rounds of several other medications ( not your standard trial and error) , even ones not pertinent to my disorder. WHAT SO EVER- THAT SENT ME FORTH TO THE ER WHEN I MISSED ONE DOSE OF THEM! I was disgusted that the assistant just typed on her palm pilot browsing for more medication to put me on. NOT ONLY that, I was treated poorly by the staff and spoken to in an alleged tone. After about a year, when I was given insuranceI had an issue with billing and the staff claimed to reach out to me, but never did. They sent me to collections without a compromise. Furthermore, after being in and out of the ER for another URGENT medical problem they dropped me as a patient and hassled me when I was unaware of the news that I could not seek out services there... The medications that I were on had potentially life threatening withdrawals and I would not recommend this office to anyone- now I have to pick up the pieces, but thank god- I had been planning on anyway and I'm not a test monkey. #GOODPRACTICE!
