Terrible, uncaring DR. Doesn’t care about patient well being or diagnoses. He acts like it’s all a joke. Avoid Dr miller at all costs!!! Doesn’t matter the medical evidence and proof you bring in HE WILL DISREGUARD ALL OF IT FOR HIS OWN FINANCIAL BENEFIT.
