Well we had high hopes of seeing this Dr. as he was recommended highly from a couple friends. After initial phone call to set the appointment was met with Not so friendly receptionist, she pretty much made us feel like she wasn't interested in setting up an appointment for me. I was told I needed an X-ray before visit. Ok we scheduled an appointment with primary Dr. who then requested the x-ray. We were told it was available to view or request by Dr. Kenzie. Got to our visit early as we were pretty excited to see and get pain fixed. Again met with the Most Unfriendly ladies in the office. Who pretty much said, and not very nice, that we needed to have X-rays IN HAND, WALK IT IN to them. First as long as I have been doing this I have Never been made to bring in my own x-ray! So this ONE star rating is not for Mr. Wesley, Kenzie MD, but for his Staff and turned us away, upset, mad and still in pain. Ladies You are NOT better than us. If you want to be so snobby then you shouldn't be working in a customer service position.
