The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Their office staff is not compassionate. The waiting area is rather small, that I had to get out of her wheelchair and sit in a seat so I wasn't in the way. It would be nice if it was more spacious, a staff member even took a chair away to make more room. They weren't friendly even one bit. They were extremely rude, abrasive, and impolite. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.

Fair warning : DO NOT PARK out in the metered parking outside on Wilshire Blvd. from 3-7pm it's a Gridlock zone and your car will get towed if not moved. We learned the hard way and paid alot of $$$ to get the car outta impound. The Staff didn't care one bit that our car got towed because they couldn't keep appointment times diligently.

Hands down, far and away, the worst doctor I have ever seen. He was condescding, disrespectful and dismissive towards me.
