I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.bad experience was a teen mom had d&c by him went to different provider had told they didn't do their job right was very disappointed never had appointments were too buissy and charged me a ridiculous feeeee!!!! for the surgery didn't want to work with me

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr Purdom delivered my 4 daughters and was an amazing experince every single time. I have never met such a caring and loving individual with his patients and their family.
