Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. The office was easy enough to find. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. When speaking to customers on the phone it is in the best interest of the patient and the reputation of your practice to know how your staff is representing you. I was basically fired as a patient, over the phone. Because I had gone to a surgeon specializing in the treatment of endometriosis without your referral..

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've every time I visit. I have been going there for 6 years! They are very professional, kind and make the whole experience that much better. the progress to make an appointment and the overall service I receive has led me to refer serveral co-workers, family and friends to her offcice. All my questions are ALWAYS answered, and I more confident and hopeful about the future. We are very fortunate to have a such a professional doctor in Visalia and in the Central Valley!
