The office was clean, staff was polite, getting appointments was not a problem. BUT I can't give this doctor more than 1/2 a star.
I was a first time mother over the age of 35...he never gave me an actual consultation. Not really knowing what to expect from my visits with him (seeing this was my first time) he never talked to me about foods, weight and he never explained to me what to expect as I was further along in my pregnancy. He never told me to look out for the baby's movements (yes, I take responsibility for not asking more questions and demanding more time with him, but he would walk into the office hear baby's heartbeat, say everything was fine and leave) and never spoke to me about how it maybe when my water broke, and the risks of my water breaking and the infections it could cause. I ended up losing my son at 36 weeks, delivered still born. Apparently my water did break, and because I didn't realize that it had broken (didn't know what to expect or remotely what it would be like) it took me over 24 hours to go to the hospital, just to find out my son was gone. He did come to my room that night, told me he would have to induce, said he was sorry....and I never saw him again. My follow up visit wasn't with him it was with the nurse practitioner who congratulated me on my son...apparently the loss of my son wasn't indicated on my files. She asked why I was in the office and I said I was told to make an appointment a week after delivery...she was looking for stitches...not realizing that I delivered my son naturally not by c-section (also not indicated in my files). I saw Dr. Rosenthal in hallway and he never acknowledged me and looked away when he saw my face. I got more sympathy of the receptionist than I did from him. Sorry...I just can't recommend this doctor. Its unfortunate that I kept thinking our consultations would get better each month and I hoped as my pregnancy was further along that he would give me more of his time. I'm sorry that although I take full responsibility for the outcome, I cant help but to wonder if he would have just given a little bit more of his time and knowledge if the outcome would have been different. I guess I will never know.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I particularly like this doctor because
not only does he take the time with me he personally cares. When he sees I'm
on a dangerous path in my health, he pulls no punches and tells me the truth which is what I need to hear. I like and respect this doctor as he has been a
major influence on me keeping me healthy. I appreciate him. And his resputation speaks for itself as his peers speak very well of him and the hospital, TMMC, he works out of is equally impressed. Through good fortune, I met him at a critical time in my life. I've known him now for 10 years. I recommend him without reservation.
