Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to hang the phone up. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
