Dr CHiang may seem to be blunt and sometimes lack tact but he knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable with years of experience. We transferred to him from my previous OB who messed up my hysterectomy and failed to detect my infection after several visits/exam. Dr Chiang helped me and took care of that infection right away. He goes out of his way to explain my condition and always accommodate my schedule. The equipment/medical tools are standard but little outdated so it wouldn't hurt to upgrade it.
They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of patient care. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.
