They expect me to be there at my appointment time but cancel on me after I've arrived and waited to be seen. I realize that is the nature of OB, but they could at least be apologetic about it, rather than terse and rude. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. None of the staff remembers me even though I have been there a lot. Receptionist is downright rude. Dr. is good but not good enough to put up with the maze of horrible staff to see him.
