Great Obstetrician! Delivered my baby perfectly!

I had a consultation for an IUD 4 months ago. I was told it would take a couple of weeks for the IUD device to come in. 4 months after my appointment I'm still waiting, and have received no communication or updates from the doctor's staff. Extremely unprofessional and I'll be finding a new doctor.
