The doctor would not let me tell her my symptoms - she was totally rushed. When she performed the exam, she was extremely rough and hurt me! She told me that I had one thing, but when I researched it, it had totally different symptoms than I was experiencing. When I went in for my second (follow-up) visit, the staff said that she was not in and that they had called me several times on my disconnected home phone (a number that I never gave them). I gave them my cell phone, but they did not bother to call me on that phone, so I drove for over an hour for absolutely nothing. Besides, why would they call a disconnected number several times? Both the doctor and staff are very, very rude. I will not be going back to them!

Very bad bedside manner. I had a Bartholin's cyst for the first time and had no idea what it even was. She was difficult to get to explain it and what steps I would take to get rid of it. Finally I end up having surgery to get rid of it which she apparently did (I never saw her). At my follow-up appointment two weeks later she is out of the office and I see her PA. I unfortuately have the same swelling and pain all over again, as if I never had the surgery. The PA isn't very informative but calls me back to put me on antibiotics. I call the next day to talk to the Dr. so I may ask the many questions I have, like, why is it back only two weeks later and how is that possible? Her staff tells me she does not do phone calls and I would have to make an appointment!!! I was just in!!! I came in to see her and she was replaced at the last minute with a PA, whom was very nice but isn't my doctor with the answers to the questions I have. I was told on the phone that I was to tell them my questions and they would get back to me at the end of the day, to which I complained, I mean it would take the doctor about 5 minutes to talk to me and make me feel better. Lo and behold nobody calls me, not even the staff. I sat by the phone waiting at 5pm when they told me they would call and no call. I haven't been treated like I have any importance up till now, don't know why I would think it would change. I will be changing doctors after I get this problem under control.
