If you would have asked me last month, I would have given him 5 stars but then I didn't need him to call me back. Nothing was out of the ordinary. But when you have epilepsy and your seizure meds stop working and you call the office two days in a row pleading for them to please call in a new prescription to no avail. 1 star is 1 star too many. In my opinion, he should not be practicing medicine if he has that little regard for his patients!
