Dr. Whacker diagnoised and operated on my mom's brain cancer...GBM at Redlands Community Hospital. I live in MA and she called me twice, which she did not have to do. She always took time with us and answered all of our questions. Since the surgery, I had my mom move out here to MA to do her radiation and chemo at Mass General which is run by Harvard. The Harvard nuero oncologists and nuero radiation oncologists have all commented on my moms after pictures with the MRI being awesome. They said, "She had an exceptional surgery and the surgoen did a GREAT job!" Dr. Whacker is also a rarity in her feild as there are not many females in nuero surgery. We had an amazing experience with her. My husband, although not a nuerosurgeon, is a surgeon in another field and rotated through nuerosurgery in residency. He has seen how bad my mom was before the surgery and how great she is doing after. He has commented how great the surgery was and my mom's scar looks great! Before the surgery, my mom acted like a 200 hundered year old woman when she is only 65, after the surgery she is doing great. We are so grateful to Dr. Whacker for giving my mom a fighting chance at beating this cancer. We highly recommend her!
