I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for over twenty years. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is the most caring, compassionate, and dedicated health care provider that I have ever met. She is a demanding doctor. She demands that her staff be efficient and treat you politely. She demands that the hospital staff be professional and responsive. She also demands that her patients follow her instructions and be responsible for taking care of themselves. When I tell another doctor or health care provider that Dr. Patel is my primary physican they always comment that she is very thorough and usually say that I am fortunate to have her treating me. I couldn't agree more.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated,informed and taken care of. They had older tv shows playing, whivh made me more comfortable and made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
