The doctor was very condescending and arrogant. She didn't want to hear about my health concerns, in fact told me, that I wasn't listening to her. I thought the doctor is suppose to listen to me and then provide guidance and advice. None of that was provided. She clearly discouraged me from having any advocacy for my own rights as a patient. A very disappointing experience. Clearly, this doctor does not care about her patient's concerns. Only reflecting for this individual patient. I hope others have had more care.

Although the office was nice, setting up the appointment was easy.... this Dr. Sushila completely blew me off with my medical concern. Under her breath said she didn't want to perform a very simple procedure because she was "too busy"...I felt completely disrespected and blown off. When I told her other doctors have completed this process she again whispered under her breath "then go see those doctors". I found her to be completely unprofessional and non compassionate! I called Aetna right away and reported this incident.
