Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. He wouldnt prescribe birth control or medication for my eczema since he "doesnt know of such things" and never refered me to the dermatologist like he said he would. when i asked for the derms office address so i could make a apt myself he would not tell me and said his secritary would call with the details... she never called.
