The Doctor was good But the stuff are not and no respect

They almost killed my mother. The doctor took time to listen to me, but the staff was hideously inept and extremely RUDE. My mother had heart surgery, at home she had trouble breathing which we reported to her PCP, Dr. Odubela, an EXCELLENT MD. He ordered a asthma breathing machine for her, but the office staff stated, "we don't think this is urgent". Due to the staff's incompetence she did not get the nebulizer and medicine for more than 10 days after the MD ordered same, they did not seem to understand the importance of breathing and the danger of coughing with fresh post-op heart patients, and they were always trying to keep me from speaking to the MD. The ONLY time they acted appropriately was in the presence of the main MD, Dr, Odubela. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Dr. Odubela in his absence. It made me uncomfortable, required my mom to go to ER twice, their procrastination could have killed her. I like the MD, but the staff has got to go.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
