They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
