Front office/ receptionist is flippant and rude. Dr. Harrell now charges a “Concierge Fee” of $500 for pre-authorizations, phone calls, after-hour pharmacy calls – supposedly as of Oct. 2014, but in July 2014, I was told he would NOT see me unless I signed the form for “Concierge Fee” (even though I was his patient and he is IN-network). He later agreed to see me, but I do not trust him anymore. Money seems to be more important to him than possibly my health. If he wants more money, he should just do a cash only practice- and tell his patients up front. I felt preyed upon.
