Very rude front desk staff.

I had two appointments, both times I had to wait at least 45 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen, even though I arrived 15 minutes early. At my physical, I was given an EKG, though I am in my early 20s and female and both of my parents are alive and well, with no heart troubles. They never explained to me that my insurance was not going to cover it, and I was charged $350 in a bill a few weeks later, which is not an expense I can easily afford. For basic immunizations, they sent me to the public clinic, so I had to miss another couple of hours of work on a different day to drive up there. And for blood work, I was sent to a third different location. All together, it was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it.
