I had a good experience with Dr. Cruz and her office. It was nice to be in a place that treated me like a real person and really tried to help. I had trouble scheduling an appointment for my urologist. After talking to Carol she just told me to call back later and that she would take care of everything for me. I called around 4pm and all was good! Thanks Dr. Cruz and her staff.

Cancelled my appointment not one, two, but THREE times. The doctor seemed uninterested in what i had to say. I was in the room talking to her while she was listening to a conversation that was happening outside the door. She had me wait while she put her input into that conversation while we were still in the room. Very rude. I take time out of my day to go in and see her and i dont even get her full attention.
