Dr. Powell was my dad's doctor for many years. When my dad got too old to go by himself, I accompanied him. I was really impressed - the doctor didn't act rushed, he would sit there and talk with my dad who had dementia, then discuss the important stuff with me. When my dad got bad, the doctor called me at home at night to discuss the situation. When hospice was needed, the papers were done quickly. Dr. Powell told me the truth and explained the test results but didn't try to prolong my dad's life by doing lots of tests to find out was wrong; my dad was just made comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Powell.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
