I took my 72 years old father for having some boils. They kept me and him waiting for two hours after scheduled time and there was no sign of doctor. At every 10 minutes, when we asked about doctor, the staff has no answer as when will he come and when will he check.

Staff was very rude and mean. They were dressed like they are in middle of kitchen cleaning. At the end when we asked for the refund, both the nurses were talking in native language which we could clearly understand. One of them were asking to make us wait for some more time while other one said to let go.

We left the clinic is more frustation and having my father in pain then we entered the clinic.

Can never think of going again

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
